Using Gamelake

You must be at least 18 to use Gamelake. By explicitly accepting these terms, you confirm that age and agree to these service conditions. Keep your account credentials private. Gamelake is currently a limited beta; features and availability may change.

Your submissions and games

Submit only text, screenshots and other material you have permission to use. You authorize the processing needed to provide the creation or improvement you request, including processing by configured AI providers. Publicly sharing a game or comment makes that selected content available through the service. Do not assume that AI-generated content is error-free, unique, suitable for every age or cleared of third-party rights. Review it before sharing.

Community rules

Do not publish sexual exploitation, child abuse, threats, targeted harassment, hateful content, unlawful material, privacy violations or content that infringes others' rights. Do not impersonate people, distribute malware or spam, bypass access controls or abuse reports. Use Report, Block or Support to raise a concern. Moderators can remove access to content and restrict creators; you can contact support about a decision. Reporter details are not shared with the reported creator through the service.

Paid operations

Create purchases one game creation; Improve purchases one improvement of your game. The actual price, currency, any applicable tax and payment provider are shown before payment. Purchase and starting generation are separate actions. A successful operation uses the purchased right; failed or cancelled generation returns it unless the payment was refunded. Results depend on your instructions and may need review; we do not promise identical reproduction or a particular commercial outcome.

App Store handles native payments and its refund process; enabled web checkout uses Lemon Squeezy. Contact support about missing delivery, a failed operation or a disputed charge. Refunds are reconciled with the original purchase; a returned payment cannot fund new work. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights. New generation can be paused for account safety, abnormal costs or abuse; support can review the restriction. A pause preserves the request and its reservation. Verified budget top-ups automatically resume previously started work once costs are known; manual review restrictions require support. It does not consume a second purchased right.

Accounts and data

You can request account deletion. Access closes immediately; the account is then anonymized and removed from normal service use. Games and generation requests are hidden and retained in a restricted audit archive, linked to a deleted-account identifier, for accounting and dispute handling. The Privacy Policy explains the records retained, their duration and how to contact us. Pending deletion is not a completion confirmation. Contact support for assistance or an appeal.
